Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches at Little Buddy Biscuit Company
Summer is almost here and once the weather gets warmer around Brooklyn I tend to inhale a lot more ice cream. (Honestly any excuse to eat ice cream works for me.)
So when I heard that Little Buddy Biscuit Company, located in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn, was unveiling a new line of artisan ice cream cookie sandwiches, I had to spread the word.
The four ice cream sandwich flavors that will be added to their already delicious menu include:
- Chocolate Chunk Cookies & Vanilla Ice Cream
- Peanut Butter Cookies & Killer Chocolate Ice Cream
- Chocolate Wafer Cookies & Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream
- Molasses Spice with Crystallized Ginger Chunks Cookies & Strawberry Ice Cream
This coming weekend (May 22-23), Little Buddy will be offering special deals to customers that visit their shop located at 635 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. Some of the deals include:
- 2 for $8 Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches
- Buy one scoop, get second for 99 cents (cones or cups)
- 10 percent off Ice Cream drinks (milk shakes, lemonade, espresso etc)
