I loved my stay at the Roosevelt. Your review is making me want to book another night with Teddy! Great pics as usual.

I agree with Anna's comments about how rude the bouncer is at Mad46. I never stayed at Roosevelt, but did try to visit this lounge once and was turned away due to my shoes. Seriously? But my friends have stayed at Roosevelt and loved the hotel. I love the history of it and will most likely book a room there on one of my many NYC shopping trips.

Also agree that The Library is a great hotel. I look forward to your review of that place in the future.

First of all great review. I am really digging this hotel review feature you added to the site. I visit NYC 3-4 times a year and I am always on the look out for new places to stay. I took your advice and tried Hotel Giraffe...lovely hotel! I will definitely add Roosevelt to my list. However at 60 I do not think a visit to their strict night club will be in my plans. I prefer a pub.

Loved my stay at the Roosevelt. The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly. I skipped Mad46 as well since we did not come with fancy clothes. We instead walked down to the Beer Bar and then got dinner at Naples 45. Great pizza!

Great review, Andrew. I've never stayed there, as I usually visit my sis in NJ, but it looks very nice.
