    Fly tipping? What the hell could that mean? Does Glasgow have over sized and oversensitive flies that do not like being pushed over?

    In Glasgow we call dumping unwanted crap in a public place
    [ie the street when nae one`s looking] LAZY GITS

    Rather than taking it to the local dump
