I thought it was an entertaining read, one that will make you want to pick up your backpack and hit the road - Do take a look at my review and I still have a copy to give away if anyone's interested.

Easy - New Orleans.

For two reasons. One, I would love to assist in the ongoing recovery of one of the best cities in America. I would really dig getting up each morning and help build new homes for less fortunate families.

The other reason, well it is NOLA! The bars, the food, and the people are great. So it is a win-win.

Hey Andrew, great website (just found it through twitter).

I would love to actually go spend a year where you currently reside. No, not your house, but actually Brooklyn, NY. Something about that part of NY that makes me day dream of a much different lifestyle. I grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin and later moved to Bend, Oregon. So that would definitely make for a wild year for me. Maybe someday I can make it happen...but need to save some $$$ first.

Crosses fingers on winning the book.
