As many of you know by now I am the new social media manager at CheapOair. One of my many duties while working with them is to run their all-new travel blog. While it launched on October 27, the blog itself is still a work in progress. Like many travel blogs (including myself) it is going to take hard work and dedication to make it a success. To celebrate this new travel website, there is going to be a fun (and extremely easy to enter) contest called the “12 Days of Travel” running on both the official @CheapOair Twitter page and the blog. The 12 day contest starts on Cyber Monday, November 30, 2009 and ends on Friday December 11, 2009. Each day at noon EST there will be a “tweet” on the Twitter page. All you have to do is “retweet” it within 24-hours of the first tweet and you are entered for that day’s prize.
Some of the early holiday gifts we will be giving away include American Express and Macy’s gift cards, CheapOair gift certificates ($100 and $200), and even two round-trip U.S. domestic airline tickets!
